The Service Center Dispatcher efficiently manages in-coming service calls, schedules the Service Technicians, and performs a full range of administrative support activities for the Service Center. Under the direction of the Service Center/ Fabrication Manager, this position identifies administrative projects, performs considerable coordination, and manages multiple priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. The Service Center Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and tracking service calls; manages all work orders: originating, maintenance, and customer invoicing; inventory control; and, also processes vendor warranty work orders and invoices. Strong organization, customer service, communication, knowledge of audio-video systems and equipment and/or a technical aptitude and advanced PC skills are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Prior Experience w/ Service Center Dispatch & Scheduling
  • Prior Administrative Support Experience
  • Advanced PC Skills; 10-key by touch
  • Basic Knowledge/ Understanding of A/V Equipment and Systems
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to Multi-Task and Manage Multiple Priorities
