Job Description
Main objective of this position is to lead development of the Brand Strategy and Tactics of RINVOQ RA and GCA in collaboration with Areas, Affiliates and cross-functional team which includes (but not limited to): Medical, Market Access, HEOR, Business Intelligence, Public Affairs, Patient Relations, Learning, Legal, Regulatory and OEC. Work closely with US and cross-functional team to lead development of the launch Brand Strategy of RINVOQ new indications in Rheumatology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leads cross-functional team to develop the Brand Plan for RINVOQ RA and GCA
Manage and facilitate the process for cross-functional team to develop the Functional Plan for RINVOQ RA and GCA
Monitor and ensure that the Brand Plan of each affiliate is well aligned with the International Brand Plan
Develop the pre-/Launch Brand Plan for RINVOQ new indications in Rheumatology in close collaboration with the US team
Ensures that the Brand Plan and Functional Plan are followed Customer Excellence Brand Plan guidance, and regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.
Logical and Strategic thinking capability
Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Effective communication and networking skills that build successful working relationships with a broad range of internal cross-functional stakeholders and matrix environment.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
