We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team at our client . This is an opportunity to do highly impactful work on innovating processes and user workflows on SAP software for enterprise-level tasks, with specific areas of focus such as sales, invoicing, financial reporting, etc.
In this role, you will have a close partnership with our operators (end-users) and a cross-functional agile team to help influence the roadmap, product strategy, and the User Experience.
You will collaborate and work closely with the Service Design Manager and development team to solve problems and work on scaling the product together.
What you'll be doing Empathize - Willingness to immerse into the user's context, learning their internal processes, such as how they conduct financial reporting, procurement, invoicing and others, to gain deep empathy for their challenges and opportunities.Simplify - Translate opportunities and needs into simplified ways to get the jobs done on SAP S4/Hana while taking into account their offline workflows and activities.
Communicate - Mock-up Lo-Fi "To-Be " user interfaces (UIs) using SAP Fiori, assembling components as necessary to communicate design intent.
Flexible - Customize and finalize UIs using existing components out of the box or create new ones if necessary, including minor modifications when required.Test - Perform UI testing with actual users using tools like SAP's Build Me and/or Figma.Collaborate - Iterate on UI designs based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.Advocate - Be the key person to foster consistent user experience in the organization, across our entire product suite, paving the way for elevated interactions that will redefine user engagement with our software.Relationships - Build relationships with the cross-functional partners such as Design, Product Management, Engineering
What you'll bring SAP and/or ERP Experience Experienced in SAP/Fiori or other ERP/SaaS products (e.g. Salesforce etc)Experience in designing out-of-the-box Enterprise Level ERP Systems for large-scale implementation
Product Design Designer with a Product-thinking mindset who thinks through downstream operational implications when designing products and features.Thinks about scalability of solutions.Able to identify dependencies across suite of products and across features
User Experience Research Skills Understands the desires and needs of users/stakeholders and able to keep an open mind about what they wantAdvanced knowledge of UXR and User-testing methodologiesAnalyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences to understand the dependencies for a common experience solution
