With a global team of 50+ and over 30 members based in Austin, Texas, we’re searching for a seasoned UX Designer with a passion for user experience design, UI frameworks, and data visualization to help drive impactful user experiences.What You’ll Do:As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be pivotal in designing intuitive, visually compelling, and data-rich interfaces that empower ShipperHQ’s customers to leverage their shipping processes. Working closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and marketers, you'll shape the UX of our core product, refine our UI frameworks, and create data-driven analytics tools. Your work will directly influence how some of the world’s most recognized brands manage their shipping needs through ShipperHQ.Your Impact:Lead design initiatives for core product and analytics, ensuring interfaces are both functional and beautiful, with seamless user journeys.Develop and iterate on UI frameworks that create a cohesive, user-friendly experience across ShipperHQ’s platform.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable design prototypes and user flows.Utilize data visualization best practices to create intuitive charts and analytics tools that communicate insights effectively to end users.Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging feedback to enhance the design and overall experience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our product vision and meet user needs.Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards that ensure consistency and quality across the platform.What We’re Looking For:Experience:
5-8 years in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on user experience, analytics, and data visualization within SaaS or e-commerce products. Proven experience with UI frameworks, designing and refining scalable components, and understanding the complexities of data-heavy interfaces.Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) with experience in user research, usability testing, and data visualization techniques.Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, with a creative and analytical mindset for solving complex design challenges. Able to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.Attitude:
