This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Has content development and project management experience, including ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines Has outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization High level of initiative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Extremely detail oriented Sense of humor, great teammate, upbeat What you will do: Develop marketing materials for new product launches. Includes participation in weekly product launch meetings and development and production of materials. Materials developed for new product launches typically include: offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials. Partner with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to build product launch content. Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplements. Support fundraising by assisting with content updates, webcasts, product insights and update emails. Help ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials. And other responsibilities as required. What you bring: Ability to compose content about sophisticated concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a demonstrated ability to vary tone and language based on project/audience. Ability to independently analyze information and solve problems. Ability to “connect the dots” between client needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling marketing collateral. Proven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. Experience working on marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus. Solid understanding of marketing communication practices and relationship management process. Solid knowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets/infrastructure, and evergreen products. Familiarity with investment concepts and comfort with numbers and analysis. Education Preferred: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience. Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.
