Our Social and Digital Media Advertising Specialists work alongside industry-leading project and account managers, social media specialists, content and creative specialists and other digital experts to build and execute impactful advertising campaigns — as well as collaborate directly with clients on strategy, processes, performance, and best practices. 


We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of digital media advertising strategy and execution (google, native, ip targeting, programmatic) and technical experience to accurately track business performance to ad placements. Social media advertising experience in addition to digital is a plus. Objectives & Responsibilities:


  • Strategize, plan, execute and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid media (including but not limited to social media, display, programmatic, display, etc.) for various clients 
  • Lead day-to-day operations of social and digital advertising campaigns, including: Pixel installations, launching, monitoring and optimizing ads, managing ad spend versus budgets, and reporting on key performance indicators. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop testing roadmaps in order to maximize media mix, audience targeting, media placement and messaging. 
  • Research, experiment, and determine effectiveness of new channels in order to inform media mix. 
  • Maintain strong focus on performance and improvement — drive accountability with internal and external partners to achieve business goals. 
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and that service level commitments are met.  
  • Clearly communicate advertising campaign performance through quantitative and qualitative data reporting and provide ongoing recommendations for optimization. 
  • Research and build target audiences and keyword lists based on the clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Enforces the importance of various key measurements, such as QA, process, methodology, standardization, KPI monitoring, providing powerful and thoughtful insights, meeting deliverable deadlines, etc.
  • Provide expert level knowledge on ad platforms including Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok and other leading platforms. 
  • Ability to identify and pitch necessary advertising resources for optimal campaign performance, team efficiency and client success including personnel and tools. 
  • Leads by example and takes ownership in the face of adversity.


Skills/Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required or experience equivalent 
  • 8+ years of advertising experience required
  • Agency and/or consulting experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Client management experience required
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with digital ad platforms including Google Ads, YouTube. Programmatic and native advertising experience is a huge plus. 
  • Knowledge and experience with conversion tracking and pixel installation, executing successful digital advertising campaigns
  • Should have experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager    
  • Possess ability to build strong relationships with channel partners. 
  • Experience with both lower/funnel/conversion orientated tactics and mid funnel campaigns 
  • You enjoy working with others in a collaborative (remote) environment that balances team-wide communication.
  • You have a passion for helping clients connect with people, their audiences. 
  • You believe in sustainability and scalability so you support the idea of clear documentation and support processes. 
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) 
  • Experience with G Suite (Google) and project management tools: Asana and Basecamp.
