As a Training Communication Specialist within the Wholesale Lockbox Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be adept at crafting and disseminating information to promote the Training Team's image, mission, and objectives. You will serve as a pivotal conduit between the Training Team and Receivables Operations. Training Communication Specialist is expected to be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, works well under pressure, and meets deadlines. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage our external and internal communications. Strong writing and editing abilities, proficiency in various communication channels, and basic graphic design knowledge for creating engaging content is required.is required. Responsibilities Review and edit training content Develop and implement communication strategies Research and write email communications and content for the training SharePoint site, infographics, blogs, and newsletters Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments Adhere to the firm's style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas in line with the operation's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives Support and evaluate results of communications with the team Build and maintain relationships with SMEs and key external role-players Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field (essential) Proficient command of English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in copywriting and editing Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools Strategic and creative mindset Meticulous attention to detail Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Solid understanding of project management principles Outstanding organizational and planning abilities Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Fast learner - can adapt and acclimate to work in a new environment in a short period of time Strong sense of ownership in your personal and team deliverables High curiosity in learning more and asking why A drive for excellence and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery timelines An innate ability to innovate or identify and improve process efficiencies JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
