The Redstone Way, our core operating principles, are as follows: We Are BelieversWe Earn and Cultivate TrustWe Communicate AuthenticallyWe Stay The CourseWe Embrace and Affect ChangeWe Strive for ExcellenceKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on-site, which involves managing the property to the approved operating budget, overseeing the lease-up of the property, collect rents, manage delinquency, and submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residentsBuild and maintain relationships with campus and community resourcesPromote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and on-going job performance evaluationsWork collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projectsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of property management experienceAbility to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding softwareAbility to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditionsExperience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plusDetail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget, P&L ownershipTeam Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed"Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience required.
