We can’t wait to sleep with you Role Description This is a full-time role for a hybrid Content Creator at Nodpod. We are seeking a Los-Angeles based creative to ideate, script, film, and produce compelling short-form content for TikTok and Instagram platforms. Qualifications Must be chronically online, always in the know of what's trending. Possesses high attention to detail, is responsible, and reliable. The role will involve filming diverse content both in-office and in public, requiring comfort in front of the camera. Have availability to travel to our Sacramento-based office monthly to be hands-on with us throughout the creative process (e.g. ideate, film, and edit, analyzing, etc.) This is a must have for this role. Prior experience in a small, startup setting is a plus. Have a solid understanding of what content drives engagement on each platform. A creative and innovative mindset, always looking for fresh, out-of-the-box ideas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across TikTok, IG and all social platforms. Create engaging, unique, & creative content for all social media channels across the Nodpod Universe (TikTok, IG, FB, YT, Pinterest, etc), with a focus on viral TikTok growth and an Instagram presence. Generate unique, engaging, high-converting video creatives for all social channels. Maintain social posting calendar across all TikTok, IG and all social platforms. Work directly with our Founder and marketing team to produce content for campaigns, launches, and daily evergreen content. Work directly with the Brand Manager and social team to understand performance and growth metrics to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
