Sr Manager, Creative Director (Auto Finance) Capital One Auto Finance is looking for an experienced Group Creative Director to help direct the strategy, development, innovation, execution, and production of creative assets across the consumer’s auto buying journey. You’ll build partnerships across the organization to enable your teams to develop and execute world-class, effective creative strategies for a range of print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, video, and social media. You’ll use your deep marketing & creative knowledge to influence and shape the direction of breakthrough creative that drives results and makes the Capital One Brand easy to remember and easy to choose.What you’ll doEnable creative leaders and teams to do their best workLead and inspire the team in the initial strategy development of insight-driven creative.Review and approve new creative proposals. Work with Creative Directors and Project Managers to effectively scope and resource work, and lead team creative reviews.Manage creative talent (Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Copywriters) including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies.Empower and inspire full-time associates through coaching and help them develop in their careers.Build and maintain relationships with a network of partner groups (digital, operations, legal, etc.) to anticipate and proactively address obstacles and establish Brand Creative as a strategic thought partner.Be an industry expertPartner with and influence marketing and internal business leaders to understand consummate needs, positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience.Use expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.Understand the intended audience; interpret market research and test results, and use findings to focus targeted marketing messages.Take our work to the next levelConsistently evaluate the industry and beyond to ensure the delivery of leading edge, relevant and impactful brand elements and creative approaches.Keep the creative team ahead of the curve and develop emerging creative talent and leaders.Anticipate the future needs of the brand and proactively evolve our look and feel to meet the needs of our business partners and customers.Open the door for new business and partnerships for both your team and the department using influence, subject matter expertise, and inspiring communication.Who you areAs an INDIVIDUAL:Your curiosity is endless.
