We are a small but fast moving team specializing in making and marketing beauty products & power tools! We are looking for ambitious digital marketer to join our team to help manage our google ads and maybe other platforms such as amazon and facebook ads.
As a Digital Marketer on our team, you’ll work directly with and be mentored by the CEO, gaining firsthand experience in advanced Google Ads and internet marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate is passionate about mastering PPC with the vision and dedication to become a top expert in the field.
Google ads is becoming an AI platform, so basically you need to feed it the right data and right creative and landing page, allowing it to learn how to sell to the right audience. We want someone who is able to think both creatively and logically at the same time. Must be data driven as well as creative to put another way. Also we want someone dedicated to helping the team win.
In our observation, the best digital marketer are those who are naturally curious and even more importantly have grit. They keep trying until they succeed. I am looking for someone smart, ambitious, and more important, someone with grit and knows that success comes only after you overcome challenges and obstacles, not through getting rich quick or instant gratification.
You don't necessary need experience in google ads if you graduated from a top tier school in Stanford or have demonstrated a alibiliy for high achievement (example top 100 in the country in tennis).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Use the latest AI tools to create ad concepts quickly to test ideas/angles
- Funnel hack and check what competitors are doing and come us with new marketing strategies to test.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads. Other platfroms like facebook, taboola, pinterest are nice to have.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insight.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000.00 per year
