Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support our creative and account management teams. In this role, you will assist in coordinating advertising campaigns, tracking client projects, and ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
- Monitor timelines and project deadlines to ensure campaign elements are on track.
- Maintain organized records of client briefs, campaign assets, and project documents.
- Support account managers in day-to-day client communications and meetings.
- Prepare and compile reports on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with the creative team to ensure all campaign materials meet quality standards.
- Coordinate vendor and partner communications as needed.
Skills Required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with advertising terminology and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
