Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our online advertising strategy across multiple platforms including Meta, Twitter, YouTube, AdWorks, Bing, and others.
  • Lead and oversee all SEO and SEM campaigns to increase brand visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Responsible for the overall advertising budget, ensuring all campaigns deliver a positive ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast trends and adjust advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging digital content.
  • Stay current with emerging digital advertising trends and technologies in the healthcare industry.
  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all online advertising efforts align with the organization's overall marketing strategy and business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online advertising, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in leading successful SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms including Meta, Twitter, YouTube, AdWorks, Bing, and others.
  • Proficient in budget management and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its marketing landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong ROIs on digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging digital advertising trends and technologies in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
