Job Title: Canvas Paint Artist/Craft Instructor

Job Description: As an Artist/Craft Instructor at Let's Create Studio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and memorable art and craft experiences for our guests. You will inspire creativity, provide guidance, and foster a positive and inclusive environment where participants can explore their artistic talents and create beautiful works of art.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Workshops: Lead paint and sip events / art and craft workshops for guests of various skill levels, providing step-by-step instructions and demonstrations.

2. Demonstrate Techniques: Showcase techniques to participants, inspiring them to experiment and explore their creativity.

3. Assist Participants: Offer personalized assistance and feedback to participants, helping them troubleshoot challenges and refine their artistic skills.

4. Prepare Materials: Organize and prepare workshop materials and supplies, ensuring they are readily available and in good condition for each session.

5. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the studio/workshop space is clean, organized, and safe for participants, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

6. Promote Studio Services: Actively promote studio services, upcoming events/workshops, and special events to guests, encouraging participation and engagement.

7. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

8. Attend Training Sessions: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and stay updated on industry trends.

9. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other instructors and studio staff to coordinate schedules, share resources, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

10. Maintain Professionalism: Represent the studio/workshop in a professional manner at all times, adhering to studio policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an art instructor, craft facilitator, or similar role.
