Responsibilities

• A+ Customer Service
• Greet guests in a welcoming, professional, and cheerful manner. (Rudeness or blasé attitudes are unacceptable)
• Become a Peach Cobbler expert in menu items to help educate new guests prepare items quickly and accurately.
• Develop relationships with customers and assist with item selection
• Collect and share customer feedback and concerns with management
• Take restaurant orders via point-of-sale system and collect payment
• Memorize current in-store promotions and menu items that may be out of stock to relay information to customers
• Own cleanliness of the back-of-house and front-of-house. May include wiping tables & equipment, keeping up with dishes, organizing, sweeping, mopping, & trash as needed
• Follow daily checklists to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Food preparation (to include light baking)
• Food Presentation & Decorating (To provide eye-catching delicious desserts)
• SUPERIOR Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness practices
• Maintain helpful & positive demeanor
• Light Upselling
• Assist with local events or canvasing as needed
• Take phone/catering orders and ensure they’re processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Hours given will be based on level of contribution, product quality, demeanor, cleanliness, and customer service. We’re looking to build a fun, high performance team, who deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service and high quality products.*

Monday thru Sunday

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting hourly wage of $11-$13 depending on experience & availability
• Bi-weekly pay direct deposit
• Flexible part-time schedules, suitable for teachers, nurses, moms, retirees, and others looking to work a limited number of hours per week
• Expected hours: 10 – 35 hours per week
• Shifts span in varying increments between the operating hours of 12pm to 12am daily
