Posting DetailsPosting Details Position Title PSU Audio Visual Technician - Spring 2025 Student Status Work Study Optional -You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position. Work Location Springfield Campus Department Plaster Student Union Administration Hiring Range 12.80/hour Department/Employer Operating Hours The PSU is open Monday-Friday 7am-11pm and Saturday-Sunday 11am-11pm unless otherwise scheduled for events. Late nights and weekends are required. How many hours per week are required? 10-20 Description of Primary Duties•Read and interpret room diagrams to assure proper set-up for events•Set-up and troubleshoot audio visual equipment including computers, video projectors, microphones, sound systems and lighting•Inspect equipment for damage, and communicate issues that need to be addressed•Respond to requests from building managers and event coordinators•Attend staff meetings and training sessions as assignedRequired Qualifications A/V Technicians are student employees and must meet all University requirements to work on campus.
