MetLife Stadium, home to the NY Giants and NY Jets has an opportunity for a currently enrolled college junior or senior to intern at MetLife Stadium this Summer in our Broadcast Department.Our internships are unpaid, selected students are scheduled 2 days per week plus events, from May to August.This internship will allow the student to be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the Broadcast department. Internship Summary
The main goal of a Broadcast Internship at MetLife Stadium is to give an intern a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. ABroadcast Internshipat MetLife Stadium gives students the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience and make connections in professional fields they are considering for career paths.
More specifically to the field of broadcasting, interns will learn many facets of the broadcasting industry as it relates to real world live sporting and entertainment events. He/She will be involved with day-to-day projects including but not limited to:

Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program (Junior/Senior as of September 2025) or Post-Graduate program

Schedule:
Due to the unique Stadium schedule the event operations intern would be required to attend events in the evening, weekends and often holidays.

- Maintenance, Operation, Organizing and Cleaning of Professional Broadcast Gear such as:
- Broadcast Cameras
- EVS (Instant Replay Machines)
- Video Playback machines
- Production Switchers
- Audio Mixing Consoles
- Q-Sys Software
- Commercial Insertion Software
- AV Remote Devices (Q-Sys)
- Auxiliary AV gear including microphones, cables, etc.
- Assisting in the execution of Special Events within the stadium as well as occasional supervision of Independently Contracted Broadcast Staff.
- Minor video and audio engineering.
- Inventory, Database and Documentation management
Eligibility

Skill Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize assignments
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
- A can-do attitude with the desire to learn and have fun while doing it
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adhere to MetLife Stadium policies and procedures while interning at the Stadium
