SUMMARY
Bring your creativity, communication skills, and marketing passion to HR Green as a Marketing Communications Specialist! Join a collaborative corporate marketing team and help build HR Green’s brand awareness and lead generation through impactful storytelling. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our brand's voice and execute strategies that connect with audiences across diverse platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation & Strategy: Research, write, and edit feature stories, articles, press releases, email campaigns, social media, and more to spotlight HR Green and its services. Develop innovative communications materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and internal messaging.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity in brand messaging across all deliverables and internal communications.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-consultants, to manage marketing requests, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams, coordinators, and graphic designers to produce high-quality communication pieces.
- Content Management: Maintain up-to-date collateral in our content management system and Deltek Vantagepoint database.
- Website & SEO Updates: Work with the design team and third-party vendors to enhance website content and SEO performance.
- Professional Development: Stay informed of industry trends by attending events, workshops, and expanding your network within the marketing and A/E/C community.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Education: BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing communications, ideally within the A/E/C or professional services industry. Writing samples are required.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with AI writing prompts, HubSpot, WordPress, and Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
- Creative Tools: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, along with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and SEO practices, is preferred.
- Other: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively across departments, and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation Range
$75,000.00 - $91,500.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California’s SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
