Working Title: Adjunct Instructor
Job Summary: The UWF College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities Department of Communication is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach basic communication courses. Instructors with experience in social media communication, writing within the communication professions, advertising, and visual/graphic design are particularly needed.
The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate academic department.
Department Dept. of Communication
FLSA: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties.
Position Qualifications: Master's degree in appropriate field of specialization from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications M.A., Ph.D. or professional experience in the appropriate field of specialization
Special Requirements or Considerations of the Job:
This position requires a criminal background screen.
