Job Description

** This role is hybrid in Fairport, NY or Lancaster, PA **

The focus of the Marketing Communications Specialist is to translate technically complex topics into easy to understand marketing messages and creative designs that are distinct and appealing to our target audiences.

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales, key accounts and vertical teams, as well as fellow marketing colleagues.
  • Responsible for content creation and management, primarily using global content as the basis.
  • Drive new product and vertical solution content into various sales channels.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and service providers to organize joint marketing activities.
  • Align channel and field marketing events with core demand generation programs to ensure the generation of marketing-qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs.
  • Manage lead generation for joint partner events, regional roadshows, and various other marketing tactics supporting the field sales organization.
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for performance improvement of channel marketing programs.
  • Support in the management of budgets for channel marketing initiatives and ensure ROI is achieved.
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution as part of the regional marketing strategy.
  • Support in the management and production of webinars, ensuring timely delivery of content and promotional materials before during and after.
  • Coordinate weekly marketing Newsflash, distribute and log.
  • Review marketing tools & platform and ensure ADA compliance.

 

Qualifications

Education

Required:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or related field

Experience

Required: 

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing communication experience or creative expert role
  • Demonstrated success in a corporate environment developing and executing field marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales and other cross-functional groups.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally (outside US).
  • Ability to work hybrid at Fairport, NY or Lancaster, PA location

Preferred: 

  • Experience marketing security or other complex commercial electronic products
  • Previous project management experience in a technology industry is a plus

A successful candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills.    Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation is a must.  Ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in a matrixed organization requiring a high level of independence and informal leadership skills.

 



Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $95,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
