Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Events and Community Manager located in Los Angeles, California. This role will be pivotal in managing publicrelations, events and enhancing the community experience for the tenants of three upscale commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization and execution of grand opening events and ongoing tenant activities, ensuring a unique and valuable tenant experience.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive tenant relations program across all properties, with the support of administrative and management staff.
• Drive community engagement initiatives, utilizing local amenities like public parks and planning events such as "Concerts in the Park".
• Organize and manage event calendars, newsletters, and other tenant communication platforms.
• Bring creative ideas and strategic planning to manage a significant budget per building and propose additional budget needs when necessary.
• Enhance the tenant experience through innovative and high-value offerings, setting us apart from competitors in the market.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, and other relevant skills to create advertisements and raise brand awareness.
• Participate in campaign planning and budget processes to ensure effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in all tenant interactions and program management tasks
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related role within Hospitality or Events.
• Demonstrable proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud for designing event materials
• Familiarity with using CRM software for managing customer relationships and event attendees
• Proven experience in creating and executing advertisement campaigns for events
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness
• Experience in managing budget processes for events and community activities
• Strong campaign planning skills, with the ability to coordinate numerous events simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with stakeholders, attendees, and team members.
