Position Overview
As a Community Association Manager with Ardsley Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the quality of life in our communities. You will work closely with residents, board members, and vendors to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of community operations, including common area maintenance, vendor relationships, and budget management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the board of directors to implement policies, develop budgets, and plan community projects
- Conduct property inspections and enforce community rules and regulations to maintain community standards.
- Prepare financial reports, manage contracts, and administer community programs and services.
- Coordinate and ensure quality maintenance activities within the Community
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in community association management or a related field a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Quality skill in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to self-manage.
