Job Description
Join our client, a leading Property Management company, in the beautiful city of Longmont, Colorado! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations on a temporary basis. If you have a passion for property management and a proven track record in managing multi-site communities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and create a positive work environment for the success of the property and all staff.
- Manage the community’s budget effectively.
- Ensure the community’s curb appeal consistently meets company standards.
- Oversee applications and certify resident eligibility following all state, federal, and local LIHTC program guidelines.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by owners or management.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of experience managing multi-site communities of 400 or more units.
- Experience in affordable housing and LIHTC is required.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop staff.
- Proficiency in budget and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
