We are seeking a talented Community Manager to oversee and enhance our presence across all social media platforms, engage with our audience, and ensure consistent, impactful content that reflects our firm’s values and expertise.

Position Overview:
As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing all content across our social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions, and growing our online community. Working closely with our marketing and legal teams, you’ll develop and implement content strategies that engage our followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all content across social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive, professional online community.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage daily posts, stories, and updates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to create content that highlights our legal expertise, client successes, and community involvement.
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement, growth, and content performance, using insights to optimize future posts and strategies.
  • Identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and opportunities in the social media landscape to keep our firm at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage our online reputation by responding to feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive representation of our firm.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to produce content that addresses key client concerns and highlights relevant practice areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media or digital content, ideally in a professional or legal environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Experience with community management and reputation-building across online platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally.
