In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for residents and stakeholders.

  • Enforcing community rules and regulations while fostering positive relationships with homeowners
  • Managing vendor contracts and conducting regular site inspections

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in community management
  • Strong understanding of HOA processes and community relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Relevant certifications (CMCA, AMS) are a plus
