Creating products for a variety of vertical markets, including the U.S. Military.We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration systems for active people doing active things.Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.The Affiliate & Community Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in growing and managing our community of users, creating authentic connections, building brand loyalty, and generating referral sales. As our first Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships to expand the affiliate program by creating and maintaining solid relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing and implementing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue, ideally within the consumer tech or wearable space, and will be passionate about fostering a vibrant community around our product.Affiliate Recruitment and Relationship Management Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage a passionate community of users for our consumer wearable tech products and apps.Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program.Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the brand's goals.Own and manage communication with affiliates to provide support, updates on promotions, and new offers.Negotiate commission structures and payouts with affiliate partners to create mutually beneficial agreements.Partner and manage key industry influencers, athletes, trainers, and health experts to host events and activations that engage the community.Establish and nurture partnerships to expand the reach of events and FluidLogic’s brand message.Performance Analysis and Reporting Track and analyze affiliate performance data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, assess the effectiveness of affiliate partners, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.Generate and present performance reports to management, providing insights on affiliate contributions to overall marketing goals.Campaign Planning and Execution Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and objectives.Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.Create promotional content, including banners, links, and email templates, for affiliates.Monitor and adjust campaigns in response to performance metrics and market changes.Cross-functional Collaboration Work with product, content, and creative teams to develop engaging content and promotions for affiliates.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate affiliate marketing with broader strategies, such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.Engage with IT and development teams to ensure the tracking systems and affiliate platforms work seamlessly.Provide user feedback and be a product advocate by serving as a bridge between the community and the product team, gathering user feedback and sharing insights to drive product improvements and new features.Create a Brand Ambassador Program. Develop and manage a brand ambassador program to recruit enthusiastic users who will advocate for the product, share their experiences, and inspire others within the community.Organize and manage health, wellness, and fitness challenges within the company that encourage users to engage with the product and each other. Track and report on the success of these initiatives, including user participation and outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience in community management, events, or marketing.Experience: 5+ years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related field, ideally within the consumer tech, wearable, health, or fitness space.Community Building Expertise: Proven experience building, managing, and growing online and offline communities, fostering authentic connections, and engaging users in meaningful ways.Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences through online and offline channels.Social Media & Content Creation: Proficiency in using social media platforms, such as IG, FB, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Eventbrite systems to engage and communicate with users. Experience creating compelling and engaging content.Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
