WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Development of High-Quality STEM-Related Content: Create, edit, and publish written and multimedia content, such as emails, blogs, infographics, newsletters, case studies...
- Content Strategy Support: Develop a content strategy with the team that supports brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention.
- SEO Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content to improve ranking and organic traffic.
- Social Media Strategy: Design a solid content strategy to position the brand in the market through dynamic and coherent content. Working closely with the Content Marketing Assistant.
- Coordinate content projects with external agencies: ensure the alignment with brand guidelines, timelines, and campaign objectives.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing: Implement account-based marketing as a main tactic to generate upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Product) to ensure content accuracy.
- Support in Events: Assist in the creation of events content.
- Co-Marketing and Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate on co-marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Identify New Organic Revenue Opportunities: Identify new organic revenue opportunities (outside of existing business lines) to grow our active user base.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- Expert knowledge of marketing copywriting and digital content (email, case studies, blogs, newsletters, brochures...).
- Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to understand briefs and translate them into effective and engaging messages.
- Management of social media platforms (knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and experience with management tools such as Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of SEO (keyword research, optimization, link-building, acquisition tactics, etc.).
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C online marketing and notions of Product Marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing campaigns. Experience with Salesforce and Braze is a plus.
- High creativity and ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Communications skills and experience in Marketing & Advertising.
- Proven track record in written communication (blogs, articles, social media, ...).
- Experience in the STEM or Education industry.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
