To keep up with business needs and AFSGs technology transformation, we must evaluate our content architecture and gain an understanding of our strengths, opportunities, and risks.Objective :To enhance the content strategy and align with current priorities.This individual will be responsible for:Analysis of existing content architecture, including the structure, categorization, and flow of content on platforms.Researching and evaluating how our clients enterprise technology may impact content architecture.Identifying risks and impacts of current and future technology systems and tools such as AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx and Coveo.Providing a comprehensive recommendation.Enhance user experience: Analysis will serve to identify content structure opportunities that will make it easier for users to navigate and find the information they need.Alignment with business priorities: Identify content framework that best aligns with business goals, ensuring content remains consistent, relevant, and tailored to meet the needs of users.Technology Optimization: Research ways to optimize content architecture to align with evolving technology, learn how the platforms work together and where there are risks across the platforms.Qualifications:Strong understanding of content management systems, user experience design, search engine best practices, and AI.Strong analysis skills and experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Client Description This client is one of our largest financial services clients.
