We're looking for an amazing Content Producer to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You'll work in person in our Seattle Office on Tuesday to Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for developing digital content bringing campaigns and promotions to life across a wide range of digital channels, including web, social, content marketing, display, mobile and more. Translate business and marketing objectives into videos, motion graphics and/or digital ads that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to understand, and emotionally engaging. This role will also assist in maintaining the company's digital library/asset management systems

Responsibilities
  • Edit video and audio files to produce compelling advertisements for use across a variety of media and communication channels.
  • Create visually engaging motion graphics for use across a variety of media.
  • Participate in update meetings share project status and obtain business and greater campaign/promotion updates.
  • Assist in handover, uploading, organizing, tagging and maintaining digital assets to the appropriate platform/management system.
  • Collaborate with creative services team, marketing leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize compelling creative solutions that work across a variety of formats and channels.
  • Update communication status across Asana and Proofing Tool.
  • Assist in planning activities associated with photo/video shoots i.e., scope documents, schedules, approvals, sourcing talent, agencies, locations, etc.
  • Write creative copy for ads, video/audio scripts, social media posts, and infographics to support brand campaigns, sales promotions and pitch decks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in in film, media, production, graphic design, or related field
  • 3 years' Experience
  • Working as part of a Production Team
  • Video & Audio Editing and Post-Production
  • Motion Graphics
  • Content producers need to possess technical skills in motion graphics, video/audio editing and post-production as well as knowledge of marketing materials and processes:
    • Video includes fundamental understanding of end-to-end video development (including but not limited to pre/postproduction, story arc development, filming, audio, effects, motion graphics, etc.).
    • Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms
    • Software skills required include Adobe CC Suite production package i.e., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, XD, Final Cut Pro X, and Microsoft O365
    • Knowledge of how to use web and social media to find sources and seek out and distribute content
    • Strong conceptual abilities, sophisticated design sense with current and evolving sense of design
  • Strong knowledge of company products, travel industry and destinations preferred
  • Strong demonstrated logistical event coordination skills
  • Strong demonstrated analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and design best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills and can juggle multiple projects and priorities to deliver accurate, compelling creative under tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with partners in other functions to deliver compelling, brand-right creative on time and in keeping with the brief
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive independently or as part of a team
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and a sense of humor are big assets
  • Demonstrated success in motivating and supporting remote team members toward common goals

  • Base Salary Range: $88,100.00 to $119,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
