As a Technical Content Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our customer portals built on Docusaurus. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric documentation, supporting both internal and external knowledge bases, and enhancing our customer engagement strategy. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our customer interactions and satisfaction.Responsibilities Content Creation and ManagementDevelop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and user guides.Ensure all content is clear, concise, and user-friendly, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into comprehensive documentation.Front-End DevelopmentDevelop and maintain customer documentation portals using Docusaurus and React.Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces to enhance the customer experience.Ensure the technical accuracy and consistency of our documentation space.Customer Experience EnhancementEngage with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve documentation and portals.Continuously evaluate and refine documentation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and interactive guides, to complement written documentation.Internal and External Knowledge Base SupportMaintain and update internal knowledge bases to ensure employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information.Support external knowledge bases to provide customers with self-service resources that enhance their product experience.Minimum Requirements 5–7 years of professional experience as a support engineer, technical writer, or similar role.Proficiency in front-end development, specifically with React.Experience with Docusaurus or similar documentation frameworks.Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work East Coast hours 100% onsite at our Pleasanton, CA or NYC offices.Benefits 401K PlanFlexible Time Off#J-18808-Ljbffr
