This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining creativity with data-driven insights to develop compelling marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and champion creative strategies for Manor House Films.Oversee the creation and execution of creative campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, and other marketing materials.Create static, video, and motion ads from raw footage, and write scripts and copy for video and static image ads.Lead a video editor and graphic designer, while expanding the creative and content teams at Manor House Films.Create and run innovative campaigns like giveaways, raffles, or celebrity dinners.Use market research and data analysis to inform creative strategies and ensure alignment with our objectives.Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing and creative strategies, integrating new techniques and technologies into our marketing.Think of new ways to make Manor House Films the frontrunner as a groundbreaking film studio.Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Creative, or a related field.6+ years of relevant experience as a Creative or Content Strategist, or in a similar role within the marketing or film industries.A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective marketing campaigns.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable strategies.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Deep understanding of social media (must be an active user of at least one platform: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or other ad platforms like TikTok and YouTube.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing industry trends.Passion for creativity and innovation.Preferred Experience: Experience working with film studios and entertainment clients.Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.Knowledge of data analytics and its application in creative strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
