Company Description Favs is a venture-backed social media startup based in Los Angeles, California. Favs helps users stay in touch with their real friends. Think of it as Instagram without the noise. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an In-house Social Media Content Creator at Favs in Los Angeles, CA. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging social media content, planning and implementing social media campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data to optimize content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. You can see some of our existing content here: https://www.tiktok.com/favshq https://www.instagram.com/favstime Qualifications Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting skills Experience in developing and executing social media strategies Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools Graphic design and video editing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with influencer marketing is a plus Note: If you are an influencer already, we may consider part-time roles so you can keep doing your other thing - but coming into the office two days a week will still be required. Our office is in Culver City.
