Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join the team at a prestigious, highly sophisticated and collaborative law firm client in NYC! This is a terrific opportunity for candidates marketing experience, preferably in a law firm setting!
In this role, the Content Marketing Specialist will hold overarching responsibility for bringing the firm's value and vision to life through informative content for internal and external audiences. This role holds a collaborative approach, working closely with the Director of Media Relations, as well as internal stakeholders to serve as a subject matter expert on firm offerings and clients.
This opportunity will operate on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in, 2 remote.
Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing Strategy - actively collaborate with team on the development and execution of the firm's strategy that drives engagement and leads across digital channels
- Create, edit, proofread etc. all forms of content for all audiences across various social platforms
- Coordinate the adoption and use of AI tools to create content and efficiencies on the communications team
- Run point on all editing efforts for all marketing and general content for the firm. Maintaining an editorial calendar, generating story and campaign ideas, and writing and editing news items
- Curate content for firm’s weekly Monday Morning Meeting
- Utilize the use of the marketing style guide to ensure consistency on the firm's outward branding
- Assist in the development of select executive communications
Requirements:
- Superb writing skills, utilizing corporate journalism to translate complex legal concepts into clear, succinct and compelling content.
- Familiarity with AP writing style
- Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills, including attention to details regarding word choice, syntax and grammar
- Experience with AI tools commonly used in content marketing
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm environment
