About the Role:

We are seeking a talentedVideo Creator & Content Producer to join our creative team. This role involves scripting, editing, and assembling video content for a variety of different niches and stories. You will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to finished video, ensuring each piece is polished, engaging, and optimized for  audiences.

As a Video Creator, you’ll be working across a range of topics, so versatility, creativity, and attention to detail are key. You must be able to craft compelling scripts, create high-quality video edits, and assemble content that flows seamlessly. You should be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, script, and develop engaging video content for various niches (e.g., storytelling, tutorials, entertainment, tech, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos with a strong narrative and visual appeal.
  • Source and assemble clips, sound effects, music, and graphics to enhance the storytelling.
  • Ensure that videos are optimized with proper titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, video techniques, and best practices to create content that stands out.
  • Manage and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video creation or other digital platforms (portfolio or links to your work required).
  • Strong skills in video editing using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Experience in scripting and storytelling for videos, with a focus on audience engagement.
  • Excellent understanding of algorithm, SEO, and video optimization strategies.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to adapt to different niches and video formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring videos are polished and error-free.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects (After Effects or similar).
  • Knowledge of analytics and strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Familiarity with niche content and viral trends.
  • Experience with social media platforms and promotional content creation.
