Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media relations initiatives, from identifying media targets to crafting press materials and following up with journalists.
- Develop and pitch strategic ideas to strengthen client visibility in key media outlets.
- Create diverse content in collaboration with creative teams, including articles, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
- Conduct insightful interviews with senior-level experts, extracting unique perspectives to fuel content strategies.
- Transform complex subjects into engaging, audience-focused stories.
- Design and manage influencer campaigns, including all aspects of strategy and execution.
- Spearhead event planning and ensure seamless execution aligned with client goals.
- Align with client marketing strategies to develop cohesive PR and content plans.
- Stay informed on new industry tools, platforms, and best practices to bring fresh, effective ideas to client campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with PR, social media, and content teams as well as other agency departments to maximize client impact.
- 5-7 years of relevant PR, social media, and content creation experience.
- Strong background and passion for writing and content development.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and resilient problem solver, ready to adapt strategies to achieve results.
- Collaborative, with a "we before me" attitude, alongside high integrity and curiosity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different target audiences.
- Experience in crafting content on complex topics across various industries.
- Hybrid position with on-site availability required Monday through Wednesday.
