In doing so, we manage an eclectic mix of client’s brand channels and their Always On community.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Creative Producer to manage the work streams for our Always On / Content portfolio for a creative technology giant with a 3+ year relationship ahead of us. Our always-on scopes are complex, prioritizing Excellence, Agility and Volume every day, and this role will help champion those three principles of our work. While organization and resource-management is a key function of this role, it is also highly creative, and requires someone with a deep knowledge of both production and content management.This role will be part of a senior cross-functional team dedicated to this client. As part of this relationship you will walk the halls and collaborate with senior clients and internal teams three days a week from their office in downtown San Francisco.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end production for the Always On content created for the assigned client and their entire portfolio of businessWeave the realities of production with strong creative ideas, ensuring the proper balance of “pushing the envelope” and feasibility during the ideation and planning stageManage the development and execution of detailed production schedules and plans in order to keep all teams working toward a common goalDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractorsManaging overall production while teaming with the Creative Director and Operations leader to execute projectsForecast, manage and track all budgets in order to stay within scopeMaintain a roster of freelance creatives, editors, producers and content creatorsNegotiate and manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and relationships to ensure flawless execution and optimum return on investmentOrganize and oversee of all vendor and contractor agreements as well as all invoices and paymentWork closely with the Creative Director to monitor, review and filter all creative briefs and subsequent content, ensuring they are clear and thorough and content aligns with the briefPost production supervision for both creators and editorsManaging internal asset filing for always-on team, ensuring all content is up to date and accessibleManages, monitors and filters incoming resource requests related to content creation for the assigned clientMaximizes the team’s workload efficiency by streamlining processesQUALIFICATIONSYou are a creative problem solver6-8 years of production experience within the advertising, entertainment, and/or media publishing spaceBe onsite at client’s office in San Francisco for approximately 3 days per weekProficiency with Adobe productsExperience with a variety of styles of production, from run-and-gun productions, handheld on-the-street, table-top, talent-led shoots, on-location, live event filming, etc.Experience in working with global markets and versioning/translating content highly preferredExtensive experience producing for video and social media contentExperience producing experiential activations and/or live events is highly preferredExperience in creating and managing budgets + timelinesExperience leading relationships with client and educating them on and nuances regarding the creative and production processesHighly organized and adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced, and ambiguous environmentsCaring collaborator, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholdersSpreads joy!BASE SALARY RANGEOur estimated range for this role is $110,000-125,000**Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply.
