This is a pivotal role where you'll drive faster time-to-market, reduce costs, and empower sales success across our studio and content partners. As the head of Technology and Studio Content Operations, you'll oversee critical operations such as mastering, localization, and asset management, ensuring seamless delivery to audiences worldwide. Collaborate with cutting-edge technology teams, manage international facilities, and lead the way in optimizing processes that bring world-class content to life.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESFocus on key goals of faster time to market, lower costs, and enabling sales success.Overall responsibility for the post-production operations of the Studio and its content partners including global facilities and staff involved in the finishing of studio content.Overall responsibility of global distribution services to licensees globally, including any manipulation to prepare content for delivery.Oversee content operations of the studio responsible for mastering, localization, and incoming deliveries of acquisitions and in-house productions also including all library mastering work, version editing, and restoration.Oversee all outgoing delivery to ensure on-time and correct delivery for all digital and broadcast activity including SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, PVOD, broadcast, cable, next day, and day & day deliveries (upon triggers from FEG/sales or existing licensee commitments).Oversee the asset management function that handles all library preservation and archive activity, movement of elements, and inventory data integrity.Oversee the theatrical servicing of all assets to facilitate theatrical exhibition for Fox-distributed products or 3rd party distribution partners.Maintain operational relationships with key partners within sales, production, studio operations, and internal technical support partners to understand, deliver, and support production and business requirements.Maintain close contact with Sales to provide delivery timelines and options for client deliveries and sales opportunities.Collaborate with technology teams across the organization to drive the execution of a technology roadmap, as well as ensure that technology investments and roadmap are in line with the overall business strategy and vision.Guide technological strategy to support the smooth and efficient operations of the Studio including Cloud, AI/ML, hardware, and software assets.Communicate vision to all stakeholders internal/external and marshal resources to be able to execute that vision.Work with senior executives on strategy and execution of operations including providing metrics, updates, threats, and solutions.Manage external vendor relationships and agreements to improve processes, costs, and performance.Oversee day-to-day management of "studio infrastructure" including Neshama in Canada, Bigger Stage in Ireland, and other smaller leased or owned facilities (Charlotte, Scotland, etc.) to maximize utilization of these facilities and ensure they are best suited to be utilized by studio production teams.Set policies and procedures for the department and standards specifications for both archival and distribution assets.WHAT YOU WILL NEED20+ years managing, implementing, and defining globally scaled technical infrastructure and operations.Demonstrable experience working within technical environments within a multinational company and outsourced services in the media sector, preferably working in film/television production.Subject matter expertise of on-site studio needs for Animation, Visual Effects, Games, or post-production workflows.Operational management of technical teams and direction of cross-functional teams / internal partners including reporting of service metrics and ensuring optimum utilization of resources.#LI-DNIWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
