The creative manager leads the creative direction for Rithum, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all communications and channels. This role involves creating visually impactful designs for internal and external communications, digital media, events, and sales materials, distinguishing Rithum in a competitive market. As part of the corporate marketing team, the creative manager will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to bring the brand narrative to life.Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation:
Design engaging content like reports, social media, email, website, and ads, using photography, graphics, and multimedia.Create and maintain visually cohesive presentation decks for internal teams, including executive leadership.Serve as the main contact for creative requests, overseeing project briefings, alignment, and approvals.
Brand Asset Management:
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.Manage a central library of brand assets (e.g., logos, templates, graphics) for easy access by internal stakeholders.
Support Across Marketing Teams:
Demand Generation:
Design visuals for demand campaigns (e.g., 6Sense, Google Ads, partner articles) in line with brand guidelines.Collaborate with demand gen to tailor visuals to audience and campaign goals.
Event Branding and Design:
Partner with event managers to create high-impact event materials, including signage, booth graphics, and digital assets.
Communications and Content:
Partner with the communications and content team to design engaging content like reports, social media, email, and ads, using photography, graphics, and multimedia.
Product Marketing:
Partner with the product marketing team to design product assets (e.g., datasheets, pitch decks).
Agency and Contractor Management:
Manage external agencies and contractors where required for scale, overseeing direction, feedback, timelines, and budget adherence.Negotiate contracts and scope of work, maximizing value within budget constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with broader business goals, presenting concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
Trend Research and Innovation:
Stay current on industry trends, integrating new design styles, technologies, and techniques to keep Rithum’s brand competitive.
