You know that success hinges on commitment, that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together.Global Creative ManagerIf you're a creative, organized, and ambitious graphic designer looking to expand your scope and responsibilities to a global level in the fast-moving analytics industry, then we're looking for you!In this player/coach role, you'll develop and create concepts and visual ideas for many forms of communication, including digital advertising, marketing, and corporate materials - and deliver on-brand design deliverables. Specific examples include: White papers & e-books, event booth designs as well as large-scale event stage graphics, digital ads with multiple A/B testing versions, and web graphics. You'll consult with agencies on video storyboards and visuals, and maintain the internal brand guidelines Sharepoint site. Bonus points if you're proficient in direction and/or production of video capture and editing.You'll lead competitive analysis for new creative concepts, and you're both confident and collaborative when pitching new ideas, taking feedback and finding creative solutions that meet objectives - often translating complex technical concepts into simplified, on-brand visuals.As the steward of the Alteryx brand, you'll manage the standards that are used by agencies and other designers that keep Alteryx looking modern, unique, and consistent across channels. You'll manage the relationship and processes with our design agency as well, owning the governance of quality and efficiency.This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, prioritizing and project managing incoming requests with support and collaboration of the Senior Director of Brand & Communications and other designers and team members. You'll be part of a close-knit group across content, events, campaigns, digital, and social media and develop shared ways of working.Required technical skills include Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Preferred skills include Camtasia (or other video capture/editing platforms), Asana and SharePoint proficiency.Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.Compensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.
