Project Lead - Brand & Creative Integration

General Summary & Scope

• Lead end-to-end project management, from kickoff meetings to execution, coordinating timelines and resources with senior management.
• Serve as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, managing communication with external partners.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all channels.
• Run feedback review sessions with creative leads, ensuring updates are implemented by internal and external partners.
• Oversee external communications to ensure alignment with strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively support creative teams by anticipating their needs and ensuring accountability across deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
