In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.a Day in the Life:As Senior Director, Global Brand Creative Studio Operations, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the creative processes, ensuring project delivery excellence, and fostering collaboration across departments. You’ll partner with Global Brand Creative leaders, external agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the end-to-end creative enablement process, and support in bringing the creative vision and brand storytelling to life.Build a world-class team of studio operators (including: creative project managers, producers, and creative operations managers) that set the standard for Creative Operations across the company and are responsible for implementing the end to end creative enablement process for the in-house Global Brand Creative team.Establish enterprise level best practices, tools, platforms, and resources needed to optimize creative workflows.Work with SVP, Global Brand Creative on strategic resource planning, forecasting and project prioritization to meet current and future business needs. Includes designing and implementing cross-functional processes for brand campaign planning, annual planning and program performance reporting.Transform creative planning processes for global brand campaigns, aligning key stakeholders on briefs and strategy including content and campaign prioritization.Communicate cross-functionally to ensure marketing priorities and projects are successfully met and managed.Support the SVP, Global Brand Creative and the global creative leadership team in current budget management and future strategic budget needs across studios.Key contact for our Tier 1 external creative agencies or AORLead the orchestration of creative resourcing (internal & external), creative workflows, processes and technology of creative capabilities, creating seamless creative workflow from inception to final delivery.Manage the production budget, ensuring resources and budget are allocated effectively to meet strategic goals within the budgetPartner with legal and procurement leaders to ensure commercial and efficiency objectives for each agency contract is metCollaborate with Global Brand Leaders across brand management, brand operations, channels, and creative to develop processes and operating models that unlock enablement and drive working efficiencies for cross functional teamsDevelop and implement programs and structures that support the creative team to deliver on-time, on-budget, on brand, in excellence and aligned to creative and business objectivesDevelop and implement processes that support resource prioritization the supports the health and wellbeing of the creative teamManage the external creative resources, including freelancers, to deliver marketing programs within deadline and budget constraints.Lead and empower the team, managing overall team success and individual career growth.Establish and implement communications protocols, best practices, and processes to drive greater efficiencies within the creative team.Support and collaborate with region creative teams to ensure unified operational process and network or resources.QualificationsBachelors degree15+ year of experience managing high performing teams, within a fast-paced environment and/or agency experiencing managing large global production budgetsExperience in activating operational rigor and process against creative work in-house or through agency partnersGlobal experience, behavior and mindsetStrategic planner and data driven leaderAbility to manage timelines, lead high-performing teams, and prioritize work effectively.Skilled at scoping and executing complex operational projects.Proven track record in organizing and executing large-scale projects.Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills.Demonstrated leadership to inspire teams and drive flexible solutions.Deep understanding of creative process, needs, tools and industry trends.Experience in building scalable solutions.Able to handle multiple priorities and drive actionEffective and collaborative stakeholder across the organizationExpert negotiator, influencer and relationship builderHighly adaptable to changing prioritiesProblem solver, know how to break down complex problems into simple steps and actionsAbility to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$179,000-$235,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
