Expanding hospitality concept where culinary creativity meets the art of pizza-making is seeking a General Manager for the newest opening location. Our menu features bold and innovative pizzas that push the boundaries of flavor, combining unexpected ingredients with classic techniques. We pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable pizza experience that is both edgy and elevated behind the culinary leadership of an industry leading Executive Chef. With the opening of our second location in Domino Park, Brooklyn, we are excited to bring our unique concept to one of NYC's most vibrant neighborhoods. We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead this new venture.


Position Summary: The General Manager will be instrumental in launching and managing our new Domino Park location. This role demands a dynamic leader who can blend the fast-paced environment of a QSR with the refined elements of full-service dining. The ideal candidate will have a flair for hospitality, a knack for operational excellence, and a passion for pushing culinary boundaries.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the creative spirit of our brand.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.

Customer Experience:

  • Create a vibrant and memorable dining experience for all guests.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Drive revenue through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community.
  • Represent our brand at local events and promotions to increase brand visibility.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of both quick-service and full-service restaurant operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating a dynamic dining experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with innovative and creative culinary concepts is a plus.
