The right candidate will execute creator campaigns, manage project leads, and build meaningful client relationships. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a streamlined and effective execution of projects. They will use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful creator campaigns, in line with schedule and budget.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, process-oriented, and self-starting. Successful candidates will be able to lead campaigns successfully from beginning to end. They should be passionate about the evolution of the brand-customer relationship and enthusiastic about all things digital and social. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.Responsibilities:Execute successful creator and talent campaigns across various clients and verticalsServe as client and internal primary point of contact, leading kick-off calls and weekly status callsSource, vet, recommend, negotiate, and contract talent based on client KPIs and budgetsDemonstrate ability to negotiate with talent and agents, including at the celebrity levelPartner with internal teams to understand client objectives, strategies, and goals; provide guidance on creative and talent recommendations, pricing, and internal requirementsFacilitate communication and action between all departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, and Executive Leadership)Efficiently manage deliverables, timelines, and budgetsPrepare and present project reporting and recap decks, analyzing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations based on performance dataCompetently price out deliverables for RFPs, including exclusivity and usage, that are customized for client prioritiesProvide clients with real-time organic and paid optimization recommendationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of the changing social landscape and industry trends and technologiesProactively provide recommendations and solutions to client asks, questions, or issuesEstablish strong and trusting client and talent relationshipsRequirements:3-4+ years of account or project management experience, with experience in executing creator and talent campaignsStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projectsStrong communication skills with cross-functional teams and senior clientsAbility to fully own projects through strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of creator marketing space with focus on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat)Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client-facing roleProven ability to proactively present strategic counsel to client teamUnparalleled commitment to excellence — working non-standard hours when necessary, travel as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovationMust be open to travelingPassion for social media and creator marketingTech experience a bonusBase salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
