Winno (YC W22) is turning text messaging into a monetization tool for creators, helping them break free from social media giants and own their relationships with their biggest fans. With Winno, creators can charge their top supporters a monthly fee to receive exclusive content and have back-and-forth conversations over SMS.

We’re looking to hire someone who can help us connect with and onboard a new wave of creators and influencers to our platform. Creator Partnership Interns will have an integral role in sourcing and contacting creators from all corners of the web. Selling to creators is not like selling to companies: it requires creative approaches to outreach and constant iterations. You will be tasked with sourcing creators/influencers as leads, pitching them across all platforms, and getting them ready for onboarding.

You'll work closely with the founders and be joining a small team that's growing quickly. Because of the nature of early-stage startups, you must be scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with change and the unknown.

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and related tools
• Passionate about helping people make a living online
• Be scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with change
• Comfortable being rejected hundreds of times a week
• Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for at least three months
• Based in the U.S. or Canada
• 10-20 hours per week
• $25/hour
