About The Role:Arbor Homes is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service and team-oriented Design Consultant for our Design Center located in Indianapolis, IN. Assisting buyers with making selections to customize their homeEnsure that homebuyer(s) is aware of all options availableEntering customer information/selections into computer systemsAdvise customers on interior design functions (with respect to color, functionality, budget)Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of homebuyer(s) selectionsAssist in determining market driven standard features and optionsManage distribution of design center paperworkCommunicate with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowners and Trades as required to successfully execute the homebuilding processIs knowledgeable and able to communicate the design center experience and the overall new home buying experienceOther duties as assigned or expectedWhat Will You Bring?
