If you’re still reading, then Buffalo Construction, Inc. may just be the place for you Job Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality, brand-aligned materials that support our proposal, event, and signage production efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a passion for creating visually compelling work that enhances our marketing efforts. Candidate will be working onsite in our Louisville, KY support center. Key Responsibilities: Signage Production: Develop, design, and manage the production of on-brand signage for various projects and company needs. Branded Collateral Production: Create and produce high-quality branded collateral, such as brochures, presentation templates, flyers, and other marketing materials. RFP Design Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce visually appealing and brand-consistent proposals. Proposal Collateral: Maintain and update all proposal components, including company information, resumes, project experience, and more. Event Design Support: Assist in the creative design and production of event materials, including signage, banners, brochures, and other event-related collateral. Template Maintenance & Design: Maintain and update company templates, ensuring they are current, on-brand, and effectively support marketing and proposal efforts. Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the company’s website to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly. Social Content Creation: Develop creative content for social media channels that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals. Digital Campaign Creation: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals. Asset Management & Organization: Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to brand-approved materials for the team. Qualifications: Proven experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design, print production, digital content creation, and branded collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), social media platforms Experience managing accounts on multiple social media platforms. Experience in digital marketing, including campaign creation and management. Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to produce on-brand creative assets. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder feedback. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a relevant business discipline. (5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus. Experience with proposal development and writing. Photography skills and experience with editing tools are a plus.
