Position Summary:
To create, launch, maintain, and innovate field facing promotions, platforms and tools that drive profitable case growth and retention while working cross- collaboratively with both internal and field teams and working within assigned budgets. In addition this role requires the associate to be extremely flexible and able to handle additional projects that support the corporation as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field facing strategies with promotions and campaigns which will align with and drive our strategic business objectives
- Responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a full set of metrics/KPIs which determines ROI and course of action
- Omni Channel Communication with the Field to recommend and execute user experience improvements
- Constantly innovating existing platforms to enhance ROI and adoption
- In all activities drive preference for Sysco Brand
Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Minimum Experience:
- 5 years minimum experience developing and implementing programs (marketing programs preferred.
- 5 years minimum experience business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
- 5 years experience in corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as business and customer relations.
- Preferably foodservice sales experience
