Our data helps our customers to increase efficiency and reduce emissions, delivering tools to governments and other stakeholders to understand impacts of climate change on extreme weather and ocean health. The Role

Key Responsibilities:Provide design leadership, vision, and strategy to evolve and elevate the brand's visual identity as we continue to grow.Develop innovative ways to bring our story to life, exploring, proposing, and designing strategic concepts from beginning to end.Define, implement, and maintain brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual styles, to ensure consistent branding across all channels.Produce high-quality, compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our story across web, social, email, events, print, and other marketing platforms.Design and optimize our website to deliver an intuitive, visually engaging user experience across all devices.Develop sell sheets, pitch decks, and other sales tools that clearly communicate our value proposition.Collaborate with the content team to provide design support for videos, blog posts, reports, white papers, and other content marketing initiatives.Stay current with design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our marketing efforts.Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed to support larger design projects or specialized design needs.About You

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.7+ years of experience in a marketing design role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech company.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Ability to think through complex design challenges and navigate ambiguity.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Webflow, Frame.ioExperience with prototyping and motion design.Estimated Salary Range$125,000 - $160,000The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may be modified in the future.
