Event Partner Marketing Manager
working
onsite
in
Chicago, IL
to support our premier client's partner marketing team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating collaborative event strategies, executing seamless events, and fostering strong partner relationships. This is a
13-month
contract role
that offers experience executing and managing global live events that involve our client's strategic partner, Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Execution
Oversee all aspects of partner-sponsored events, including logistics, venue selection, booth setup, content creation, and on-site operations.Plan and execute ancillary events (e.g., workshops, receptions, executive experiences) to elevate presence at partner conferences.Align event objectives with partner goals, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.Marketing & Promotion
Develop and run joint marketing campaigns to boost event attendance and visibility.Leverage digital channels, social media, and email to engage target audiences.Create compelling promotional materials reflecting company and partner branding.Partner Collaboration
Cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure successful events and foster long-term collaboration.Act as the primary liaison for event planning and execution, addressing partner needs effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to align events with broader business strategies.Performance Analysis
Track and analyze event metrics (e.g., engagement, lead generation, ROI).Prepare post-event reports, highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.Use insights to enhance future events and partner marketing efforts.Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing or event management, with a proven track record of executing successful partner-driven events.Previous marketing manager experienceContent development, demand generation, and MS Office Suite experience.Strong understanding of global event trends, partner marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders.Proficiency in event management software, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones as required.
