Are you an outgoing person who loves to push boundaries with your creative ideas? Like to tag team and manage a handful of talented creatives? How about shaping the visual language for client presentations? Can you think innovatively and lead the team to conceptual success? If so, this could be a great role for you.Our CD of Art will work in partnership with the VP CD of copy to lead the team of 12 creatives on a variety of projects that feature iconic brands like Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Heinz Ketchup (plus allllll of the other condiments), Lunchables, JELL-O and much more! This is a role where you’ll be responsible for leading the team while also creating and nurturing client relationships. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners in business leadership and strategy teams.As one of the larger clients at Arc, the Kraft Heinz team is down to earth, highly creative and, simply put, fun to be around.As the Kraft Heinz Commerce AOR, our ideas are showing up everywhere Kraft Heinz is sold. Spoiler alert: it’s a ton of places. Grocery and big box stores, Club and quick-serve restaurants. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
